Rasmussen College also offers a unique A.A.S. degree in Business Management with Call Center Management Emphasis. As noted on the Rasmussen College website, “call center managers perform a broad range of duties. They coordinate and direct support services to organizations as diverse as insurance companies, computer manufacturers, and government offices. These supervisors are involved in the many services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, including telecommunications management and related customer service areas. Recent reports from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics indicate that call center management will be a growth area in the information economy.Â
