College Student’s Grades Affected By Their Health

According to a research by the University of Minnesota, college student’s grades are affected by their health. College students who lack exercise, consume unhealthy food, and even those who watch TV and use the PC for longer periods of time are less likely to perform well in school. This is why parents also need to be able to monitor the health habits of their children, if they want to notice a significant improvement in their grades.

The survey was done on 10,000 students, and the results showed that there is a direct link between poor grades and poor eating and health habits.

20% of the surveyed students also confirm how poor sleeping habits affect their grades. With college student’s grades being affected by their health, it is essential for anyone studying in college to adopt a healthier diet and way of life, including a regular exercise regimen and sleeping for the needed number of hours.
