New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NEASC)
The New England Association of Schools & Colleges, Inc. (NEASC) was founded in 1885 making it the oldest regional education accrediting agency in the United States. The NEASC is responsible for providing accreditation to over 2,000 academic institutions.
These accredited institutions range from preschool through post-graduate education levels. The NEASC provides accreditation to academic institutions in six states: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. The NEASC also provides accreditation to 70+ countries around the world.
