This organization helps determine an academic institution’s ability to deliver an acceptably quality level education. The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology normally accredits institutions that focus on, “occupational, trade and technical careers, and including institutions that offer programs via distance education”. The agency assigns accreditation to public and private institutions that provide both degree and non-degree programs. The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology accredits institutions offering associate’s, bachelors, and master’s degree programs.
